Sales management training

In order to help our clients and particularly the sales management to identify and evaluate which sales approach works best when, ibd offers training (for sales and general managers) that usually covers the following topics:

  • Rethinking the sales force: i.e. adopting a value-based service approach
  • Portfolio approach in sales management: i.e. taking the context and customer into consideration
  • Acid test for current sales approach and customer value creation
  • Adaptation of sales approach and alignment of strategy and processes
  • Personal sales vs. Internet-based sales models
  • Sparring partner to business owner, CEO or management

Training to the sales management and general managers (CEO, Head of division, etc.) is usually provided on a 1-to-1 basis or to small groups (usually the management group).
